All active qbord panel members in Canada have a reward points account and are eligible to participate in the program and earn reward points. We only allow 2 accounts per household. The panel member is the only individual authorized to use his/her points account. Any use of the account by individuals other than the panelist is considered unauthorized use and may be grounds for membership termination and forfeit of points as well as any pending rewards the panelist has yet to receive. PMG Intelligence reserves the right to terminate panel membership and reward program participation if a panelist violates any rules of panel membership.
Your account will be credited in real time each time you earn points by completing a survey. Your account will be debited immediately when you redeem points. In the event of an error, qbord reserves the right to make adjustments to a panelist’s points account. In the future, additional methods of earning points may become available. Points may be added to accounts at the sole discretion of qbord.
Points never expire as long as you continue to be an active member of the qbord panel and as long as the points program remains in effect. However, if you deactivate your account from qbord or if your membership is terminated, your points account will be closed at that time, and all points as well as any pending rewards you have yet to receive will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership and close your account at any time. Termination could be the result of allowing your account to become inactive (that is, you do not respond to any survey invitation for a period of time), fraudulent behaviour, etc. If an account is terminated, all points as well as any pending rewards the panelist has yet to receive will be forfeited as described above.
Points cannot be transferred between panelists accounts.
Redemptions can be successfully processed only if you have enough points indicated for the item(s) selected. Rewards or prizes of any kind on qbord are only available to residents of Canada. qbord members residing in any other country will be deemed VOID if declared a winner of any given prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions (policies, redemptions, expiration dates) established by the issuing retailer and are subject to change. Certain retailers and/or denominations may be unavailable.

qbord and PMG Intelligence reserves the right to display members as winners on qbord.com and qbord social media platforms.
PMG Intelligence reserves the right to withdraw this program at any time or to modify, amend or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion.
As a qbord panel member, you agree to receive communications from qbord and PMG Intelligence related to surveys, focus groups, upcoming events, newsletters, promotions, and any other communication relevant to qbord and PMG Intelligence.
All polls created on qbord by PMG Intelligence or panel members are the property of PMG Intelligence. Under no circumstance may a panel member use this information for financial gain, acquisition of business, or any service related to monetary value. If this is breached PMG Intelligence reserves the right to terminate the panel members service without notice and seek legal action for misuse of PMG Intelligence’s proprietary information.
PMG Intelligence shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any item redeemed.
